Monitors are placed at the doorway and/or at the Alcohol Hand Sanitizer
/ Soap Dispenser. The monitors detect each entry and exit of the
room and counts soap / hand sanitizer usage. From there, it is
easy to calculate the rate of hand hygiene compliance including, and
perhaps more importantly, "missed opportunities". |
